A graduate of the University of Virginia's REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Mary K. has been active in selling, renovating and managing real estate since 1968. Mary K. has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation of the National Association of REALTORS®. Only 2% of all REALTORS® have a CRS designation and are equipped with this special expertise. Mary K. has also earned the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation for new home sales and marketing from the National Association of Home Builders. She is a Charter Member with the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Historic Real Estate Program. Since 1991, she has annually received a Distinguished Achiever Award for outstanding sales by the Richmond Board of REALTORS®. Mary K. consistently ranks as one of Virginia Properties' top producers and was elected to their exclusive President's Club. The Richmond Association of Realtors honored Mary K. with the Adrian L. Bendheim, Jr. Award as the 2008 Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year. Mary K. has been voted a Richmond Magazine "Five-Star Real Estate Agent"
Mary K. is more than just a REALTOR®. A native of Richmondand graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and Sweet Briar College, she hasserved as President of the College Alumnae Association and a member of itsBoard of Overseers. Mary K. has served as a volunteer with the Richmond PublicSchools and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. She was appointed to two terms on theMayor's Committee for the Concerns of Women for the city of Richmond. She isalso a former Board member of the United Way, the Woman's Club and the Junior League,which has honored her for "Outstanding Community Service and Commitment."
