A graduate of the University of Virginia's REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Mary K. has been active in selling, renovating and managing real estate since 1968. Mary K. has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation of the National Association of REALTORS®. Only 2% of all REALTORS® have a CRS designation and are equipped with this special expertise. Mary K. has also earned the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation for new home sales and marketing from the National Association of Home Builders. She is a Charter Member with the National Trust for Historic Preservation's Historic Real Estate Program.
